Cancellation: We have a standard 7 day cancellation policy. Those cancelling 7 days or more prior to their reservation will receive a full refund of their deposit. Those cancelling 48 hours or more prior to their reservation can re-schedule their boat rental to a new date. Those cancelling or trying to change rental duration/date within 48 hours of their reservation or “no shows” will be charged the full rental rate.
